EUROHOTEL HOTEL REGULATIONS
The Hotel Management will highly appreciate your cooperation in complying with these rules and regulations, which serve to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for our guests.

Rooms in the hotel are rented by the day.
If the Guest does not specify the length of stay when renting the room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.
Check-in begins at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 the following day.
Any wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be notified by the Hotel Guest at the Reception by 10.00 a.m. of the day on which the room rental period expires.
The hotel takes into account requests to extend your stay as far as possible.
The hotel guest may not transfer the room to any other third party, even if the period for which they have paid the fee has not expired.
Persons not checked in to the hotel may stay in the room from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. After 10.00 p.m. it is compulsory to check in additional persons staying in the room with guests.
The Hotel may refuse to accommodate a guest who, during a previous stay, has grossly violated these Hotel Regulations causing damage to hotel property or guests, or to the guests, hotel employees or other persons staying at the hotel, or who has otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of guests or the operation of the hotel
The hotel provides services in accordance with its category. If the guest has any reservations about the quality of the services, he/she is requested to report them to the reception.
The hotel is required to provide:
(a) providing residence and travel information
(b) wake-up call at the appointed time
c) storage (during the stay of the Guest in the hotel) of money, papers and valuables
(d) luggage storage
The hotel is not liable for the loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables, other things and objects of value or objects of scientific or artistic value.
The hotel is obliged to maintain silence from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. the following day. The behaviour of Guests and persons using the hotel's services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. The hotel may immediately refuse further services to a person who violates this rule.

Each time the Guest leaves the hotel, he/she should check the door lock.
The Hotel Guest shall be materially liable for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment and technical devices caused by him or his visitors.
For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to have white goods, heaters and other electrical appliances not included in the room equipment in the rooms
Personal effects left in the room by the departing Guest will be returned, at the Guest's expense, to the address indicated. In the absence of such instructions, the hotel will store these items for a period of 3 months.
euroHotel agrees to allow pets on the premises for an additional fee of PLN 50.00.
euroHotel shall not be liable for damage to or loss of a car, or any other vehicle belonging to Guests, left in the car park or items left in them.

Hotel rooms are let for a specified number of nights.
If a Guest does not define the length of intended stay at check- in it is assumed that the room is let for on night.
3 The hotel night starts at 4:00 p.m. on the day of the Guest's arrival and ends at 11:00 (noon) on the following day.
A hotel Guest should notify the Reception before 10 a.m. on the scheduled check-out date that he or she wishes to extend the scheduled check-out date that he or she wishes to extend the stay beyond the duration indicated at check-in.
Such reguests are accepted by the Hotel subject to room availability.
A hotel Guest may mot sublet the room to other persons even if the paid-for duration of stay has not yet expired.
Persons who have not checked into the hotel may stay in a hotel room between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Any visitotrs staying in the room with hotel Guests after 10:00 p.m. must be checkedin.
A person may be refused acceptance in the hotel in case he or she has flagrantly infringed the Hotel Rules duting the previous stay in the hotel by causing damage to the propert of the hotel or other guests, or other persons on the hotel's premises or if he or she has disturbed the peace of guests in the hotel or the functioning of the hotel.
The hotel renders services according to the category and standard it has been awarded.
10.The hotel is abliged to ensure:
a) providing information related to the stay or travel,
(b) wake-up calls at pre-set time,
c) safe storage (during the Guest's duration of stay in the hotel) of cash, securities and other valuables.
(d) luggage storange
The hotel isn't responsible for the loss of or damage of cash, securities and other valuables, in particular valuables or items with a scientific or artistic value.
Night hours in the hotel begin at 10:00 p.m., and end at 7:00 a.m. on the following day.
The behaviour of Guests and other persons availing of the hotel's services should not disturb the peace of other Guests' stay. The hotel may refuse to render any futher service to a person who infringes that principle.
Whenever a Guest leaves the room, he or she should check that the door is securely locked.
A hotel Guest shall bear financial liability for all and any damage or destruction to the hotel's equipment or technical devices which has been caused by the Guest or by persons visiting him or her.
For reasons of fire safety, the use in the room of electric heaters, flat irons and similar items which are not standard room equipment is forbidden.
Personal property left in a hotel room by a departing Guest will be sent to the address specified by the Guest. If such instruction was not given, the hotel will store such property for a period of 3 months.
euroHotel is giving consent to the stay of animals on the area of the object for extra charge 50.00 pln.
euroHotel isn't bearing responsibility for damage or loss of the car, or other belonging vehicle to Guests left in the car park and things in them left.
